In particular, we specialise in Employment Law, Employee Development, Employee Relations and other HR issues that both parties may encounter. Our company first established over sixteen years ago but we have a track record of over 27 years of experience and expertise in Human Resources – from administration to Director level and across many industries and business sectors such as Retail, Motor, FMCG, Computer Software Houses, Construction and Hotel Industries as well as the Charity Sectors – to name but a few.

As an added bonus, we can also serve as an outsourced Human Resources Department to help you reduce significant overhead costs.
  • Recruitment – We can provide you with comprehensive advise & support; from doing things like placing the initial advert to delivering you the best suitable candidate. Plus we can also carry out psychometric profiling of candidates and employees if required.
  • Legal – We can advise and support you on on the correct handling of grievance and disciplinary procedures such as maternity, paternity, adoption and parental procedures, additionally with running appraisal schemes to avoid discrimination.

  • Profiles – We can help create a profile of yourself that may be used for personal development or to enhance your interview techniques. This will be done using the ‘Thomas Psychometric Test’, and in the end you will receive a copy for your own personal use as well as some constructive feedback to enable you to understand our findings.
