The flexibility of the “easy in – easy out” terms on our offices can accommodate the growth and expansion of your business within the centre, giving you the freedom to adapt as your requirements change. Ample parking is available for all users of the business centre, and as a Licensee you will have 24/7, 365 days a year access to your office by the use of a proximity security card. Broadband is available within each private office with no on-going monthly fee, and a range of telephone system options can be provided at an additional cost.
WelTech provides virtual office services for clients who are working remotely or may not be ready for a full-time office, with the opportunity for an easy transition into one of our private offices (subject to availability) if your needs change. These services are available to businesses of all sizes who are looking for a greater degree of professionalism without the capital investment costs. Whether you need a professional business postal address, mail handling/forwarding facilities, or a receptionist who will manage and answer incoming calls under your company name, WelTech offers a range of services to help manage your business virtually.
A meeting room is available to Licensees, virtual office members and other external companies to hire. It can seat up to 12 delegates and is also ideal for training purposes, offering free WiFi, a TV screen with laptop connectivity for presentations, a wipe board and flip chart, plus inclusive refreshments.
