HatTech’s prime location provides excellent rail and road links with easy access to both London and Cambridge. The A1(M) is a 5 minute drive whilst Hatfield train station is a 2 minute walk from HatTech.
The “easy in – easy out” terms on our versatile private offices allow for the growth of your business and gives you the freedom to adapt as your requirements change. The sizes of our cost-effective private offices range from 172 SQFT to 3929 SQFT. As a Licensee you will have 24/7 access, 365 days a year with the use of a photo-ID proximity security card. HatTech Business Centre can provide businesses with a bespoke telephone system; whether you have an existing line or are looking to start fresh, we are able to support you and your business needs with our variety of options. High-speed broadband is also available to Licensees with no on-going monthly fee.
Our virtual office services are available for businesses of all sizes and are ideal for those clients who are working remotely or may not be ready for a full-time office, with the opportunity for an easy transition into one of our private offices (subject to availability) if your needs change. This option can help to manage your business through a variety of services, such as having a professional business postal address, mail handling facilities, answering calls under your company name and access to our meeting room.
HatTech’s co-working suite gives SMEs, entrepreneurs and freelancers access to all the facilities and perks of conventional office space, without all the additional costs that go with it. Inspiring work stations within the co-working suite deliver a professional and creative environment for individual working whilst providing excellent opportunities to network and build connections with other businesses. Our flexible membership scheme offers six different tiers, ranging from a day rate, five or ten days per month and three unlimited membership options.
Meet and greet your clients, or just enjoy some time away from your desk in our Business Lounge. This is a space where you can eat your lunch, have a coffee from the Collaboration Bar or hold your informal meeting in a more relaxed environment.
